The sentence kept echoing in my mind after it came to me, straight from the Light. And I suddenly saw: this wasn’t just for me. It was for every woman I work with. (Perhaps you recognise it too…)
No matter how small I’ve felt – I was never truly small.
🌹 Shame for My Power
I’ve carried so much shame for my wisdom, my depth, my divine drive to live from Love.
Not because there is anything wrong with wisdom or love, but because my inner knowing was ridiculed. Not only by the men in my life, but also by the women who raised me.
They called me — subtly or directly — too stubborn. And pushed me down from their own fear, jealousy, or inability.
And let me be clear: I don’t blame them. They lived the best they could. But for a long time, I understood their pain more than my own.
And I learned to believe it was safer to hide my deepest wisdom and my most intense power.
🌹 But here is the truth:
I was not born small. And I was not born to stay small.
And neither were you.
Women like you and me did not come here to adapt. We came to remember, to lead, and to open what is still closed or veiled.

It begins the moment you stop suppressing your inner truth. When you listen to your intuition — even when no one understands it. When you no longer hide your softness, but allow it to be seen as strength. When you are willing to stand in your light, your love, and your divine wisdom.
Leadership is the courage to embody who you truly are – so that others remember they can do the same.
