PRIVACY POLICY SOUL ALIGNMENT MASTERY
Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Therefore we do everything we can to treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
In order to smoothly process your requests for the free blogs and videos via the newsletter, your request for one of the free Masterclasses, video series, E-Books etc. or your order for one of our services or products, your data is needed.
We do not collect or use information for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy unless we have your explicit consent in advance. This consent may come from the fact that you ask us a question by e-mail or otherwise. Or, when you request free products or services via a form.
Only if you have given permission will we use your e-mail address and name to send you e-mails with free but valuable information and inspiration.
This Privacy Statement describes how the data or information you share is used .
This Privacy Statement applies to the use of the information you share:
– online; when you visit one of the websites belonging to Soul Alignment Mastery, such as www.soulalignment-mastery.com the online learning environment and other websites.
– offline; when you share information with us, for example when you give your email address in a whats app message or at an event because you wish to receive our newsletter or information. Or when you buy a service or product offline.
By visiting our websites, you agree to this Privacy Statement and the Terms of Use that apply to the websites. When you share data with us offline, you also agree to this Privacy Statement.
Your personal data is stored in a secure database. On all websites belonging to Soul Alignment Mastery, your shared data is sent via a secure connection (SSL). (as of June 1, 2018)
Your information will not be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes or shared in any way with third parties outside the parties described in this Privacy Statement.
The information we collect
Our websites collect and/or receive two types of information:
1. Personal data that you actively provide to us
If you sign up to receive free material or other information, participate in one of the surveys or sign up for a free training, webinar or other form of free inspiration, you are asked to share your data, such as your first name, last name and email address.
No personal information is collected when you visit the website unless you have voluntarily shared it with us, for example by filling out a form to receive emails and information.
When you purchase a service or product, in addition to your first name, last name and email address, we ask for your street address and telephone number. Your street address is used for invoicing and to send physical products. Your telephone number is needed for personal support regarding the delivery of the service/product or to schedule appointments for the training courses, programs or services.
A secure payment environment is provided for the payment of your order.
2. Personal data that is passed on to us directly for technical reasons.
In addition, when you visit our websites, some technical data is automatically provided to our computers by your computer and equipment, such as your IP address, operating system and internet browser used.
These are cookies referred to in the cookie notification when you visited our website.
How we use your data
Services or products you have purchased are delivered by emal, such as the link for the learning environment, the invoice and dates and times of extra sessions or any updates in the learning environment.
When you have purchased a product or service, you will receive an email newsletter with updates of the blogs and videos
If you did not purchase a product or service you will only receive the free news, information and updates of the blogs and videos if you have given your permission.
Your data is used to provide you with support and information about the services and products and the learning environment that you have purchased.
You may also receive emails to ask you for feedback on our products and services.
Emails are sent to inform you about our services and products, and those of our partners and affiliates that we consider interesting. For this purpose, we keep track of what you have previously purchased or requested so we do not unnecessarily bother you with information that does not match your interests or situation.
This will only occur if you have given permission to receive our free information and tips or have purchased a product or service.
We use your information to allow employees or parties to whom we outsource work (such as technical support, marketing support, customer service) to contact you to deliver my services and products, in the event of technical problems with registering for the mailing or to answer questions and resolve possible loggin problems in the learning environment. These parties are of course obliged to treat your data confidentially.
We may share your email address with Facebook to create a Custom Audience in Facebook’s advertising tool. We then upload the email addresses of our readers to be able to create a targeted advertising campaigns. If you not want your email address to be passed on to Facebook for this purpose, please email us at info@soulalignment-mastery.com, and we will ensure that this does not happen.

he login details you create for the learning environment for training and programs are stored encrypted. We cannot view your password and only see your username and email address in the learning environment.
Affiliates and Collaboration Partners
When we consider certain information is valuable to you, we sometimes place links to external websites of collaboration partners and affiliates on our websites.
We do not control the way these third parties deal with the Privacy legislation. We recommend you read the Privacy Statement and Terms of Use of these third parties when visiting these sites.
View and adjust the information you have shared
When you have registered on our websites for free information or Masterclasses and other inspirational material, we will email you to ensure that you can receive what you have been promised. We use the Active Campaign mail program via Mail Blue for this. This means that Active Campaign also receives your data. We process this data for as long as you are on our mailing list. You can adjust your data at any time by sending an email to info@soulalignment-mastery.com or directly via a newsletter link.
You can easily unsubscribe from all or part of the communication via the links at the bottom of every email that you receive. You cannot unsubscribe from communication and emails that are necessary to complete your purchase process, otherwise we won’t be able to delier (part of) the services and products to you!
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw the consent you have given us to process your data. If you want to do so, send an email to info@soulalignment-mastery.com.
Finally, we would like to point out that you have the right to file a complaint about the processing with the Dutch Data Protection Authority
We consider your privacy important and process your data with care. There are however places where we have no influence whatsoever on protecting your privacy. We would therefore like to point this out to you! Be aware that all information that you voluntarily and openly share- such as reactions on blogs, in the chat during the Masterclasses or on social media – may be heard, read and collected by others than us.
We do not hold ourselves liable or responsible for any improper use of this information by third parties.
